Can we be honest about December?

Hey, Reader!

Real talk: December is coming, and with it all those "finish the year strong!" and "crush your Q4 goals!" messages that make me want to throw my phone across the room.

Here's what I know for sure - trying to do ALL THE THINGS while also enjoying the holiday season is a recipe for doing neither one well.

I learned this the hard way a few years ago. I was trying to launch a new offering, wrap up client projects, plan for the next year, AND be present for holiday moments. The result? I was constantly half-working (you know, checking email during family time) and feeling guilty no matter what I was doing.

That's when I created the Bare Minimum Work Plan.

The concept is simple: What if, instead of trying to do everything, we got crystal clear on what actually NEEDS to happen in December - and gave ourselves permission to let the rest wait until January?

Not a complicated system. Not another thing for your to-do list. Just clarity on your true priorities and permission to pause the rest.

(Plus, when you know what can wait until January, you can actually enjoy December without that constant "I should be working" voice in your head.)

Want to create your own Bare Minimum Work Plan for December (or beyond)? I'm opening up 5 spots for 75-minute 1:1 strategy sessions at a special rate of $99.

We'll look at everything on your plate (plus use your Human Design to guide us); decide what truly needs to happen before 2025; and create a clear (SIMPLE) plan that lets you enjoy the season without dropping any important balls.

Ready to make December different this year? Book your session!

Got a question? Hit reply, and I'll answer ☺️

Here's to embracing the power of doing less ❤️

Hey, Reader! Full disclosure, I'm writing this after having some invasive dental work yesterday - translation, if something doesn't make sense, I blame the anesthesia still being in my system 😉....and the fact that planning and batching my emails is clearly not a thing. Over a week ago, I made the decision that the monthly membership I was trialing, wasn't the right fit for me. Which sucks bc the person running it is fabulous. An actual joy of a human. However, what it doesn't make sense for...

Hey, Reader, I know you know this, but as I had to remind myself of this recently, I wanted to remind you. You can go viral, and not get a single client (or sale) Just like you can have a lot of: Followers Website visitors Discovery calls Downloads etc and not see the dial move in your business. The reason this happens is actually pretty simple It's that sometimes we (for sure me) can forget that the reason we're creating content, have a website, community, podcast, whatev - is to market our...

...is Context which might not be news to you. But more and more, I see people doing trainings and courses - paid and as lead magnets - without showing everything that contributed to their results. Because if the context of their situation is not the same as yours, then getting the same results might not be feasible or possible. and when we're searching for help, it's vitally important we know as much as we can, so we can make an informed decision. I'm by no means implying that not sharing...
